Replify & ABC AI Agents Product Updates: Faster Inbox, Natural Voice Greetings, Redesigned Contacts

We shipped a set of improvements across Replify, now part of ABC Fitness, that make the platform quicker to work in and easier for your staff to manage. Everything below is live today for all ABC AI Agents (formerly Replify) customers.

These updates also lay the groundwork for what's coming next: a deeper ABC Fitness member management integration, usage monitoring, and a simpler onboarding experience.

Chatbot: conversations show up in your Inbox instantly

We rebuilt the Chatbot's foundation. Web chat conversations now appear in your Inbox the moment they start, and they persist if a prospect switches browser tabs or comes back later. No more gaps between what a lead typed and what your team can see.

This new architecture is also what makes live handoff to staff possible, which is on our roadmap.

Phone and Voice: greetings that sound like a person picked up

Required disclosures like "this call is being recorded" no longer have to sit inside the AI's opening line. New configurable Pre-Connect Messages play those statements before the AI answers, so the greeting itself can be short and natural, the way a front desk team member would actually answer the phone.

Contacts and Inbox: faster search, cleaner details

The Contacts list and Contact Details pages have been redesigned so your team can find who they're looking for and see the full picture at a glance. Behind the scenes, Inbox search and filtering are dramatically faster, which you'll notice most on busy days when you're working through a full queue of leads.

Connected Apps: integrations that are easier to find and manage

The Connected Apps page has been refreshed so you can find, connect, and manage your integrations without hunting. This also sets up upcoming integrations with Glofox and Ignite.
