You can set it up in minutes, try it before you even provide your email, and use the whole product for free for 14 days. It also includes a CRM and can integrate with thousands of apps and CRMs.
Replify is useful for many different scenarios, though it's most useful if you get a lot of inbound inquiries and need reliable, inexpensive, and around-the-clock help engaging those inquiries. Services that find Replify especially useful include gyms, fitness centers, home services, technology companies, and real estate teams.
Yes it can! It's not a solution for cold calling, but it's great if the customer is expecting the calling (for example, if they completed a form or you need to collect additional information). AI Outbound call is only available on the Plus plan. Schedule a demo to learn more.

If your Replify chirps in a forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Of course not!To make the best use of your Replify, share it wherever your prospective customers are. Just a few ideas: Share the phone number and email on your website and socials, embed the chatbot into your website, include it in your email signature, and use your Replify email when sending out marketing emails or auto-responding to forms. The more your customers see your Replify, the more time and money you'll save and the more new business you'll get!
Yes, you can! You can specify any number of questions for your Replify to ask (though we recommend less than 10).You can even make them conditional (for example, "Ask if they already have a heater only if the customer is interested in a heater installation.")
You have two options. First, your Replify can simply ask for time preferences and then you can follow-up and schedule based on those preferences.
Second (the better option), you can use a calendar link (like Calendly) and your Replify can schedule appointments directly on your calendar.
Yes, it can! You can decide on any follow-up for customers after Replify qualifies them. For example, you can point them to a self-service sign up process, provide more information for the customer to review, or anything you can think of!
If you include your website when you sign up, we'll collect information about your business, your services, your products, your background, and more. We use this information to help your Replify be more helpful to your customers. Note we won't share the information we collect with anyone.
Yes, you can! After you sign up, go to the Chatbot section of your settings, and you'll see the code you need to embed your chatbot on your website.
Yes, you can! Just have a public url to your image (let's call it your-image-url) and add this line: window.image = 'your-image-url'; to the embedding code.
Yes, you can! In the sign up process, there's a section where you can write in or paste in any information about your business. You can also adjust this after you sign up.
Yes, you can! We offer several voice options that you can choose in the phone section of your settings. You can also customize the phone greeting as well.
Yes, it does! For chat, email, and text, Replify can interact dynamically with customers in more than 50 languages. So based on the language your customer responds with, your Replify will respond in that same language.
For phone, your Replify can engage in over 20 languages; however, you have to choose a single language for all phone calls. (We're working on making this more dynamic.)
Yes, you can! After you register, you can get a new number with your preferred local number in the phone section of your settings.
Yes, you can! After you register, you can select a new email in the email section of your settings. For Basic subscribers, emails all have the replify.ai domain name. For Plus subscribers, you can use your own domain name. Contact us at contact@replify.ai to use your own domain name.
Texting is available today. We're working on WhatsApp as well, but we do not have an ETA yet. For texting, it will use your same Replify phone number that it uses for voice calls.
You have lots of options for getting notified. You can be notified via email, text, and/or WhatsApp. You can change this in the notifications section of your settings
When your website has a significant change in content, simply update your website in the basic section of your settings, and we'll update your Replify with the new information.
Replify offers a simple and easy to use CRM for managing your contacts. Your Replify will also note the qualification status and recommended next steps, and you can also add notes on any contacts. Of course, you can add new contacts as well (even if they did not come from your Replify).
Want to send your Replify leads into your existing CRM, Google Sheets, or anywhere else? You can do that through Zapier (a free tool). Learn how to do that here.
It's very accurate, though because it uses AI, it's not perfect. If you find Replify ever provides incorrect information (this should be rare), you can let us know by clicking the "thumbs down" icon when looking at the conversation. This will help us make your Replify better over time.
You can send your Replify leads to most CRMs and other apps like Google Sheets. You can do that through Zapier (a free tool). Learn how to do that here.

Yes, when you sign up, you're committed to 20 years of using Replify and your first and second-born children. Kidding! Absolutely no commitment. When you pay, you're only paying for the next month and you can cancel at any time.
You can pay via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) or Stripe, and many other options. Start the upgrade process here to see the full list of options.
We will notify you if you get close to your usage limit, and then we will give you the option of setting a cap on your usage. You will not pay more than the monthly subscription fee unless we get your permission.

Kidding! You can cancel at any time in a few clicks without talking to anyone. Of course, we'd rather you stay, but we hate services that make it hard to cancel too! Go to the billing page to cancel.
