Same dedicated team. New name. HeyLibby is now Replify.

We’re excited to share that HeyLibby is now Replify.

Since our founding in 2023 our AI sales and customer service platform has grown substantially both in terms of features and in the number of clients we support. Today, businesses across North America, the UK, Australia, and beyond use our AI agents to do outbound sales and inbound handle calls, texts, chats, and emails instantly, 24/7.

Why the name change from HeyLibby to Replify? 

As we expand, we need a name that matches the full range of what our product delivers not just front-desk coverage, but complete communication and sales automation with AI.

Replify comes from two ideas central to our customers’ world:

• Rep: the sales and service reps who keep businesses running.
• Reply: the fast, accurate responses every customer expects.
• Replicate: true scale in communication both for AI sales and AI customer service
• Reps: As in workout reps. Our roots and many of our clients are leader of the fitness world.

Together, they capture how we power 24/7 AI sales and AI customer service, at unmatched speed and scale.
