AI For Gyms & Fitness: Why we changed our name to Replify from heyLibby

Hi, Anna Rodrigues here, CTO and Founder of Replify (formerly heyLibby).

Where Replify (heyLibby) started

We started with a narrow problem: making sure that small businesses could answer every call, email, text, and chat. Since then we've grown to something bigger: the ultimate virtual assistant for fitness and wellness businesses to sell, follow-up, capture missed revenue, book appointments, and close the loop on virtual conversations.

Replify now reflects what we actually do.

Why "Replify" for an AI receptionist and AI sales assistant for gyms?

It's a combination of Rep+Amplify and comes from...

1. Rep: as in sales and service reps
2. Reps: as in workout reps
3. Reply: our AI assistant always gives fast and accurate responses
4. Replicate: we scale your communication both for sales and customers service

We're building the best AI suite for Gyms, Fitness Studios, and Recreation Facilities

Same product, same team, same momentum; just a name that fits where we’re going. To our customers: thank you for trusting us with your business and letting us build alongside you. To our team: changing a company name while shipping features every week is wild… and you pulled it off!

‍P.S. if any IT folks want to commiserate about Google SSO and name changes...I could talk for hours 🤣
